I think a lot of times people mistake information for culture. Sending a bot off to summarize Slack for you can get you a lot of data, but it certainly doesn’t get you any closer to understanding your people. And in any successful organization, the people are everything.
No LLM is going to be able to read tone with your judgement and context, no matter how many instructions you feed it. Period. End of story.
